1) Identify a unit in auction
We identify a unit auction that matches client’s need.
3) Bidding
We bid and win the car.
5) Receipt of unit by agent
The car goes to our agent’s yard in in Japan. This takes around 10days from the day we won the bid.
7) Booking for inspection
The car is then booked for inspection.
9) Shipment
The shipment of the car begins.
11) Clearing of balance
Our client clears the outstanding 70% balance so that we receive the original documents.
13) Receipt by Client
The car is then transported to the client’s place.
2) Down Payment
The client places deposit that is usually 30% of the estimates CIF.
4) Re-bidding
If we loose a unit, we bid for another unit.
6) Photos
If we loose a unit, we bid for another unit.
8) Shipment Booking
The car gets shipment booking with ETD and ETA dates.
10) Receipt of bill lading
We receive Bill of lading from our agent having our client’s name as the consignee.
12) Arrival in Mombasa
Car arrives in Mombasa and undergoes clearance.
